When should I arrive?

Answer

Doors to the venue open at 4:30 PM. We recommend arriving between 4:30-4:50 PM, as the ceremony will start promptly at 5:00 PM.

We recommend cocktail attire. Bring your dancing shoes!

Park in the Penn Warwick Garage, accessed via Chancellor Street between 17th and 18th Streets.

What are you doing to address COVID-19 safety?

Answer

The health and well-being of our guests is very important to us! Per our invitations, we have requested that all guests be fully vaccinated at least two weeks before the event. We have also required that all outside vendors (musicians, photographer, etc.) be fully vaccinated. We will follow up-to-date regulations regarding social distancing, face mask use, and other preventive measures as mandated by the city of Philadelphia and/or state of Pennsylvania. Currently, all restrictions have been removed for vaccinated individuals, so we do not anticipate guests will have to wear masks or maintain a social distance during the event. We understand that some guests may prefer to wear a mask for some or all of the event -- we encourage you to do whatever makes you feel most comfortable. Should local, state, and/or federal restrictions change in the coming weeks or months, we will contact you with updated information.
