To be automatically linked to our wedding group pricing and events, please book your stateroom at least 60 days before sailing. For our cruise departing May 3, 2026, that deadline is March 2, 2026. Reservations that are not paid by this date may be cancelled, and bookings made after this date may not automatically link to our wedding group.

All deposits and full payment are due 90 days before sailing. Final payment deadline: Feb 2, 2026. Individuals can still book after February, but note it may hinder getting you "formally" on the wedding guest list reservations in time.

It's suggested to arrive at the port by the late morning or sooner, 1030AM-100PM. *Traffic and delays must be taken into account, try to arrive with ample time.

Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the closest major airport to the cruise port and has the most flight options. Long Beach Airport (LGB) is a secondary option with fewer flights.

We recommend arriving on Saturday, May 2 (I have personally had a flight delayed a few hours, and barely made it on the cruise ship ...it happens -allow for a buffer period just in case). If you fly in on May 3, choose an early morning flight and allow extra time for traffic and boarding.
