Where is your wedding reception?

Answer

Reception: Best Western Plus Sawridge Suites, 3rd Floor at the Tower Building. Address: 420 Taiganova Crescent, Fort McMurray, AB T9K 0T4 You can easily search the location on Google Maps.

Question

What should we wear?

Answer

We hope our wedding will be a fun excuse for you to dress up. We kindly request formal or semi-formal attire with the exception of WHITE.

Question

I said YES, but can no longer attend. What should I do?

Answer

It would be sad for us that you can no longer attend our wedding event as we have specifically invited those who are close to our hearts. However, we understand that there may be such circumstances. We ask to please let us know as soon as possible so we can give your allotted seat to other guests.

I said NO to the RSVP, but change of plans, I can now attend. What should I do?

Answer

Please let us know as soon as possible. Having said that, please understand that we may have reallocated your seat/s to another party. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the same number of seats or one at all.

Can I bring a date, my kids or someone else with me?

Answer

This event is strictly by invitation only. As much as we want to celebrate our special day with everyone who have touched our lives, please be advised that we can only accommodate limited number of guests in our wedding.

What time will the ceremony start?

Answer

The procession march starts at 2 p.m. We ask that you arrive at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony and consider the traffic and travel time.

What happens if I'm late to the ceremony?

Answer

Please do not enter through the main door as the bride will already be preparing for her entrance. Instead, you will be redirected to enter through the doors on the sides. Our coordinator will be happy to guide you when needed.

Where can we park our car?

Answer

Both church and reception venues offer ample amount of free parking spaces.

Am I allowed to take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Photos will forever immortalize our wedding day so we hired professionals to capture the most important moments. Let us have them do their amazing jobs on their own. DO NOT CROSS THE AISLE especially before and during the bridal march. You can take all the photos and videos you want after we say I do.

What time will the reception start?

Answer

Reception will start at 5 p.m. Please use the cocktail hour to register, find your seats, use the photo booth and take pictures around the venue. Refreshments will be served during this time.

Can we sit anywhere at the reception?

Answer

No. Your table number will be assigned upon registration. No need to worry! Our coordinators will gladly assist you in finding your respective seats.

When is the appropriate time to leave?

Answer

The program is estimated to last until 9:00 p.m. We hope you stay with us until the end of the program, we'd love to personally thank you and bid goodbye before you go.

Do you have any gift preference?

Answer

We'd be overjoyed to have you celebrate with us on our special day! If you're considering a gift, a monetary contribution would mean the world to us as we begin this exciting new chapter together.
