Our Story
*OUR STORY*
We met five years ago in Jerusalem, Elisheva was on a gap year program, and Oryah was in his second year at Yeshivat Ma’ale Gilboa. Our mutual friends introduced us and we immediately clicked. But it took a few months before we finally went on our first date at a salad bar (back when Oryah was still vegan!). We talked for hours, and that night, Elisheva knew Oryah was the one, when he told her about his family and listened so deeply as she told him about hers.
The next day, the world turned upside down. Elisheva’s gap year program was canceled because of COVID, and everyone was heading home. Instead of leaving, she asked Oryah to move to a farm with her on Moshav Eliad. Without hesitation, we both packed our bags and went. We knew what would come would be incredibly special. Amidst planting, weeding, and long days spent wondering about the future, we fell in love.
We are excited to celebrate with you and for you to be part of the next chapter in our story.
