We love this spot for a challenging hike and the beautiful views of Cummings Valley.
The day before we officially started talking, we tagged along with Mike, Linda, Caleb, and Rachel Owens on a triple date in Bakersfield. We ended the night with ice cream here.
This is a special spot for us. The day after we started talking, on March 14th, we spent the day exploring LA with the Owens family, starting at Manhattan Beach. Since then, we’ve made sure to visit every time Wes comes into town. It was also here, by the pier, where we got engaged.
This is a favorite donut spot for Elise’s family, and it’s only a couple minutes from the venue.
We especially recommend the Mediterranean Lamb Burger, the En Fuego Burger, and the Basil Lemonade! The garlic fries and sweet potato fries with marshmallow sauce are pretty great too ;) And don’t miss out on the lavender honey ice cream.
