Do you have a hotel block?

Answer

We do not, but there are plenty of Airbnbs in the surrounding area as well as hotels in Lynchburg and smaller cities.

How far is the venue from the hotel?

About 25 minutes away from central Lynchburg or Bedford.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

We recommend arriving 30 minutes before the ceremony begins to allow time for parking and seating.

What is the dress code?

Answer

Formal attire. Women in floor length dresses and men in suits.

Will the ceremony or reception be outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony and cocktail hour are outside, weather permitting. The reception is indoors. Please plan accordingly for weather and footwear.

Is parking available?

Yes, complimentary parking is available at the venue.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

We are currently working on arranging transportation, but there are Ubers in the area.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, only guests listed on the invitation are invited to attend. Unless otherwise stated by groom and bride.

Are children invited?

Due to space limitations, we are only able to invite the children of immediate family and those specifically named on invitations. Thank you for understanding as we keep our guest list manageable.

Yes! Dinner, drinks, and plenty of dancing will follow the ceremony.
