This is the closest international airport to Lake Como. If you plan on flying in close to the day of the ceremony, make sure you're flying to MXP! From here, the main city center of Milan is about 30 minutes by car or about 45 minutes by train.

This is the MAIN station in Milan. If you are planning to take the train to Lake Como, you will want to start at this station.

Varenna Esino Station

Plan to arrive at Varenna Esino Station if you plan on taking the ferry from Varenna to Bellagio. This is the most direct and affordable way there!

Trenitalia

Trenitalia is the main high speed train system in Italy. They have frequent trains going from Milano Centrale to Varenna (a main city on Lake Como), where you can take a ferry to Bellagio. It takes approximately 1 hour to get from Milan to Lake Como by train. You can book trains ahead of time or on the day that you plan to arrive through their website or even on their phone app! Varenna (Traghetto) Ferry Station

To reach Bellagio, take a quick 15 minute ferry ride from Varenna (Traghetto) Ferry Station. You can purchase all day tickets if you plan to hop from city to city around the lake. Please keep in mind that ferries run only about an hour apart and make specific stops so plan accordingly if you plan to stay outside of Bellagio the night before!
