Question

When is the deadline to RSVP?

Answer

Please submit your RSVP by Sunday, June 1, 2026

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We’d love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Dress to impress in your best cocktail attire. Please no jeans or denim and avoid shades of white. Cocktail attire examples include: For men, a suit or a blazer with dress pants and a dress shirt. For women: a knee-length or long dress of nice fabric.

Question

Can I bring a guest or date?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We adore your little ones, but our wedding will be an adult-only celebration (with the exception of children in the wedding party). We hope you can use this evening as a fun night out for yourself!

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that guests do not arrive to the venue earlier than 4 pm and no later than 4:25 pm.

Question

What are the venue’s parking accommodations? Is ride share available?

Answer

There is plenty of parking available on-site. Cars can be left overnight, but must be picked up by 8 am the next morning. We will not be providing transportation to or from the venue. Please note that ride share services like Uber and Lyft are very limited in the area and may not be available for pickup or drop-off. We strongly recommend arranging your own transportation in advance — whether that’s driving, carpooling with other guests, or booking a local car service.

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony and reception?

Answer

We are having a completely unplugged ceremony. We ask that you do not take any photos or record any video during the ceremony, but welcome it during the reception. We also ask that you do not share any photos or videos to social media prior to the bride and groom posting their first photos together as newlyweds.

Question

Who can I contact if I have any additional questions?

Answer

Please text Elise Chafin at (540) 599-4330.
