Sacramento International Airport

Sacramento International Airport is the closest airport to our venue and the hotel where we have a block of rooms. It takes 45 minutes to drive to the venue (Walnut Grove) from the airport and 30 minutes to drive to the Roseville area (Hyatt Hotel Block).

Monday Casual Gathering

On Monday evening (May 31) from 6–8pm, we will be hosting a casual picnic gathering at Mel Hamel Park near the Boyum home (10080 Crocker Ranch Rd, Roseville, CA 95747). Any guests who are in town at this point are welcome to join! Dinner will not be provided, so everyone is responsible for bringing their own meal. We will have cold drinks available for everyone! This is a casual event, so feel free to wear whatever you'd like and come and go as you desire :) We will bring some games to play like spike ball, frisbee, and volleyball. If you have any questions, reach out to Beth (916-390-2462) or Elise (916-412-2345) on their cell phones.

Available from May 30–June 3. Rooms include a full hot breakfast. Queen (2 beds + full sofa bed) $155/night King (1 bed + full sofa bed) $135/night Reservations can be confirmed in the following two ways: 1. You will need a credit card to guarantee the reservation, but no charges will be applied until you check-in. Please note, the last day to confirm a room at the group rate is April 30, 2022. Any reservations made after this date may be subject to the daily Best Available Rate, which can be as high as $299.
