FAQs

We’re getting married in a very rural area with limited cell service and minimal transportation options. There are no taxis, Ubers, or Lyfts available.
Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

Do not RSVP on the website. Please respond to the email eliseandchris2026@gmail.com as indicated on the invitation.

Question

What do I do when I get to the ceremony?

Answer

There are benches and picnic tables at the Cliff Pavilion, however we recommend bringing a camping chair or two! While the ceremony begins at 3pm, feel free to come at 2pm to explore the park and have some refreshments. Question

What is the dress code for the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Wear whatever makes you feel comfortable!

Question

Are kids allowed?

Answer

Yes! Just RSVP for your children, in addition to yourselves.

Question

Is there cell service?

Answer

Cell service is very spotty in this area. In Dushore, Laporte and Eagles Mere there is some service, depending on your provider. Your best bet is to connect to Wifi at restaurants, bars or where you're staying.

Question

Where do I park if I drive to the reception?

Answer

Street parking is available, along with parking behind the reception venue. You can also park at the David DeWire Center which is within walking distance.
