When & where is the wedding?
Answer
Our wedding will take place on Saturday, September 4, 2027 at The Brown Hotel in Louisville, Kentucky. The ceremony will begin at 5:00 PM, followed by cocktail hour, dinner and plenty of dancing!

What time should I arrive?
Answer
We recommend arriving around 4:30 PM so you have plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM.

What should I wear?
Answer
Formal attire is requested! Think suits or jackets and ties for gentlemen, and midi, tea-length or floor-length dresses for ladies. We’d love for everyone to get a little dressed up with us!

Are the ceremony and reception at the same location?
Answer
Yes! Everything will take place at The Brown Hotel, so once you arrive, you can settle in and celebrate with us for the evening.

Can I bring a plus-one?
Answer
Due to venue capacity, we’re only able to accommodate the guests specifically named on your invitation. If a plus-one has been included, their name or guest option will appear with your invitation/RSVP. Thank you so much for understanding!

When should I RSVP?
Answer
Our official RSVP deadline will be included with your invitation. Since our wedding falls over Labor Day weekend, we definitely recommend making your travel plans early!

Answer

Which airport should I fly into?
Answer
Fly into Louisville Muhammad Ali International Airport (SDF). It’s conveniently located just a short drive from downtown Louisville and The Brown Hotel.

Do I need to rent a car?
Answer
Probably not! If you’re staying downtown, rideshare services like Uber and Lyft make getting around easy, and many of the places you’ll want to visit are nearby. We’re also happy to help with transportation recommendations if needed.

What will the weather be like?
Answer
September in Louisville is usually warm, so expect late-summer temperatures during the day with the possibility of a cooler evening. Our wedding festivities will primarily take place indoors, so you’ll be comfortable regardless of the weather.

Is there parking at The Brown Hotel?
Answer
Yes! Parking and valet options are available at The Brown Hotel. We’ll add any additional parking details here as we get closer to the wedding.

Are children invited?
Answer
Absolutely! Children are welcome to celebrate with us. If your little one is included on your invitation, we’d love to have them join in on the fun! We just ask that you include them in your RSVP so we can make sure we have a seat (and dinner!) waiting for everyone. 🤍

What should we do while we're in Louisville?

So much! Louisville is our hometown and we’re so excited to have so many of you visiting. We’ll be sharing some of our favorite places to eat, drink and explore in our Things to Do section. And yes — if you have time, you should absolutely have a Hot Brown while you're here. 😉

Where are you registered?
Answer
Truly, having you celebrate with us is the greatest gift! For those who have asked, we’ve put together a registry that you can find under the Registry section of our website. Anything beyond having you there is simply icing on the cake. 🤍

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We’d love for everyone to be fully present with us during the ceremony, so we kindly ask that phones and cameras stay tucked away while we say “I do.” Our wonderful photographers will capture everything — and we promise to share! Once cocktail hour begins, take as many photos as you’d like!

Will there be food and drinks?
Answer
Absolutely! Come hungry and ready to celebrate. We’ll have cocktail hour, dinner, drinks and plenty of late-night celebrating. If you have a dietary restriction or food allergy, please let us know when you RSVP.

Before the wedding, feel free to reach out to us! As we get closer to the big day, we’ll add a wedding-day contact here so you can get any last-minute questions answered without having to track down the bride or groom.

Just that we are SO excited to have you in Louisville with us! With so many of our favorite people traveling from near and far — and with it being Labor Day weekend — we recommend booking your accommodations and travel sooner rather than later.
