Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love all of the little ones in our lives, our wedding ceremony and reception are adult-only events. We hope you will understand our decision to make the wedding children-free, and take the opportunity to enjoy the night off!

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire. Ladies should wear a dress, a blouse and slacks, a jumpsuit, or romper. Gentlemen should wear a dress shirt and slacks.

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will be taking place at Abella Weddings and Events (11720 256th St, Chisago City, MN 55013). Directional signage will be displayed at the venue.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be held outdoors and reception will be indoors. Please plan accordingly as August weather in Minnesota can fluctuate.

Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?

Answer

Yes - Please reference the "Travel" page of our wedding website.

Question

Can I leave my car at the venue overnight?

Answer

NO. You will get towed and they will charge a fee. Please utilize the free shuttle we are providing to and from Running Aces.

What time should I arrive & where can I park?

Answer

Self park will be provided upon arrival to Abella - Please plan to arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior to our ceremony start time to ensure a smooth arrival experience.

Do you have a hashtag for social media?

Answer

Yes! Please use our hashtag #DibsOnDingman when posting photos and/or videos of our wedding day! However, we kindly request that you refrain from taking photos/videos during the formal ceremony.

When is the RSVP deadline? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I submit it online?

Answer

Please RSVP by July 9, 2023. We happily accept online RSVPs. Please ensure the RSVP name(s) matches the name(s) listed on your invitation/envelope.

What should I do if I can't make it?

Answer

We will miss you dearly! If you cannot attend our wedding, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly.
