we're getting married

I invited Elise to a game night with some friends at a cafe called Coral Sword. Everyone in the group knew something was up. We played a few games and shared some laughs before someone suggested getting some food. While we were discussing our options, all of my friends ditched us. When we were alone I asked Elise if she wanted to get food with me and where she would like to go. Elise (being Elise) didn't realize this was a date. She suggested a cheap place assuming she would be paying for herself. She chose Whataburger. I gladly paid for her. We talked for hours and when it was time to go I said, "Can I get yo numba?". After she finished laughing she gave me the digits. The rest is history.

Alen came over one morning. I was being lazy and hadn't gotten out of bed yet. Sweet things were said, the question was asked, my tears were shed and we were engaged. Just us. Super low key and intimate. Wouldn't have it any other way.
