Elise met Aaron at a USD basketball game in 2013. Her good friend Hannah (who is now a bridesmaid) worked there at the time and invited her to a game. Since she knew 'sports' weren't really her thing, she had to be bribed with free red wine and food ;) They had floor seats right behind the basket and Elise immediately noticed a very handsome tall man in glasses shooting the game. They caught each other's eye and smiled back and forth, but he was working. Did she really have to sit through this whole game before getting to talk to him?? Well she did....as the game ended, he started to walk by one last time and Elise thought for a second he wasn't going to stop, so she blurted out "I like your pictures!"....He came over and said "You do? You've seen them online or something?"....She said "Well no, but I can tell they're great!" They laughed and continued to talk for the next half hour or so. They exchanged numbers and the rest is history...
