Yes! If you’re unvaccinated please email Tyler (TylerReynRoth@gmail.com) a copy of a negative Covid test taken no earlier than two (2) days prior to the wedding. This will be required for attendance at the event.
Yes! 95% of the wedding will be outside. The ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will be outdoors. Dinner will be served from a buffet (handled by servers), and the buffet will be inside. We’ll ask all guests to wear a mask when entering the building to get their food. You can then remove it again when you return to your table to eat dinner. In the event of rain, we will provide tenting to protect from the elements.
We will be using the same mask policy as required by law in Alameda County. Masks are not required while outside, however if you need to go inside (to go to the buffet, to use the restroom, etc) you are required to wear a mask. If you feel more comfortable wearing a mask outside, you’re welcome to do so. We will be providing surgical masks at the venue but you’re also welcome to bring your own.
Typically the weather in Oakland is lovely this time of year. Usually it’s sunny, dry, and in the mid 70’s during the day, but it can get chilly at night (mid 50’s). We encourage you to bring a sweater/jacket for the evening.
Please wear cocktail attire. By this we mean cocktail dresses or dressy jumpsuits for the ladies. For the gentleman we’re requesting slacks and a long sleeve shirt (tie and jacket are optional). Please do not wear jeans or short sleeve shirts.
Venue parking is limited along with street parking nearby. For this reason, we suggest ride sharing (Uber/Lyft) or carpooling to get to and from the venue.
Yes. The after party will be held at First Edition in Oakland. This is an indoor space, and you will be required to show proof of vaccination or a recent negative Covid test to enter. California residents can download proof of vaccination to their phones by clicking here: https://myvaccinerecord.cdph.ca.gov/
Yes, brunch will be entirely outside and follow the same mask rules as the wedding (masks are required to enter the space, when using the restrooms and moving about the restaurant).
Absolutely! We're so excited you're coming and cant wait to hit the dance floor with you!
