As many people do in this day and age, we connected on a dating app. Austin was living outside the city and Elise was living in Philly with her sister Christine. We matched and had each other laughing right away, even joking about getting married based on our similar interests. Our first date was at Other Half Brewing in Fishtown, the week of Christmas in 2023. It was only a few short weeks before we made it official, and have never looked back.
