When should I RSVP by?

Those that do not RSVP by .... we are so sorry you cannot make it! If you miss this date, we are unable to accommodate your presence at the wedding, as we will be sending final headcounts to vendors shortly after this deadline.

What time should I arrive?

Please plan to arrive about 20–30 minutes before the ceremony start time so you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Our celebration will be primarily outdoors at Twin Oaks, so please plan accordingly for the weather and setting.

Is seating random?
Answer
Nope! For the ceremony, sit wherever you please (besides the wedding party and immediate family labeled seating). Tables for the reception are arranged so our guests are sat with those they know. Hopefully this can put some of you at ease!

Can I take photos during the ceremony?
Answer
We ask that everyone keeps phones and cameras tucked away during the ceremony. We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture the moment, and we’ll be sharing those photos with you after the wedding.

Dinner will be served family-style, with a curated selection of our favorite dishes shared at each table. If you have any allergies or dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP so we can make sure you’re well taken care of.
