Roshan and Lis became good friends in high school and while attending different colleges, nurtured their friendship by chatting regularly on FB Messenger (of all platforms). They are true partners in crime – figuratively and literally (sorry parents). The pair has traveled many a place together and enjoyed many a cocktail. Most importantly, Roshan is Lis's favorite cheeseburger date.
Deanna Beck

Deanna and Lis became friends in college and were roommates Junior and Senior year. Lis and Deanna have spent hours couch hanging and eating pretzel chips & peanut butter, experienced their first Santa-Con together (when it was cool, ok?) and celebrated New Year's in Budapest. Deanna has a sixth sense for a good time and rallies her friends to seize the moment accordingly.
Katharine Still

Katharine and Lis met in a former life on a 1970's dance floor and in this life became friends during the sweet 16 party circuit in high school. Additionally, on the most epic cross-country road trip, Katharine introduced Lis to the incredible flavor of Cholula and for this Lis is eternally grateful.
Sherilyn Groeninger

Sherilyn and Lis became friends on Fordham's track team; they were sprinters in a sea of distance runners - their bond was instant. The duo can have fun no matter the environment. Sherilyn is also the friend that Lis can watch the strangest YouTube videos with – everyone needs a Sherilyn.
Victoria Prince

Lis and Victoria's high school friendship was built on sleepovers, Bloomin' Onion™, ouija boards and Blockbuster – the stuff that sustains! Victoria also introduced Lis to Stevie Nicks, and forever they will be "sisters of the moon."

Sara and Lis are high school friends and bonded as soccer teammates. These ladies have always been simpatico, they can communicate how they're feeling in just a single glance. Lis loves Sara for her down-to-earth nature and her goofy side that comes out at all the right moments.
Geoff Mills

The youngest Mills brother (by 20 minutes), a member of church ministry, and father of two, Geoff is clearly winning the race for Best Son Award. An avid reader and student of floriculture, stringed instruments, and puppetry, Geoff is a Renaissance Man. No but actually, like a man from the renaissance era.
Clayton Mills

Given his extensive consumption of film, TV, video games, books, and pipe tobacco, it’s hard to know how Clayton has time to be such a great teacher. Actually, we don’t know that he is a great teacher. He’s a great brother though! Claydon may know Lis best of all the Mills from his frequent DC visits.

Alex and Taylor have been indulging one another’s worst instincts for 25 years, and have the stories to show for it. From College Station to Kyrgyzstan, Alex is the most loyal, best friend a guy could ask for. He’s also an aficionado - if he knows about it, he knows all about it - including how to party.

Where to start - elementary, high school, roommates in college, DC - Brad and Taylor are brothers in an alternate universe, or maybe opposite sides of the same brain. There is the Brad who blows you away with his accomplishments and then there’s the Brad who falls asleep with a frozen pizza in the oven. We can’t wait to see which one comes to the wedding!

Pete and Taylor were in grad school together and lived together until Taylor and Lis broke the party up by getting their own place. He is a true polymath, at turns deeply insightful, multi-talented, and wickedly funny. He brings the party and keeps it going until dawn. If he engages you in conversation, block off some time or excuse yourself quickly.

Along with Peter, one of Taylor's closest friends from grad school and roommate for 3+ years in DC. All-American athlete, handsome, tall, charming, musically gifted, funny, kind, intelligent, humanitarian. He’s a person who you’re simultaneously happy to know but who also makes you question your self worth...until you see him eat three bags of Sour Patch Kids in one sitting.
