Can I bring a guest?

Answer

If your invitation says *and Guest* then yes! If not, we are only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is a semi-formal garden party—think elegant but comfortable, as it will take place outside. Most importantly, please wear something you’ll feel great in while celebrating with us!

What time should I arrive at the venue?

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of the ceremony.

Will the event be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The event will be hosted at the Shields private residence. The ceremony and reception will be tented outdoors.

Is there parking available at the Venue?

Answer

Please allow ample time for parking and arrival. Parking is along Hawthorn Ridge / East 106th Street, which your GPS may list as either "Hawthorn Ridge" or "East 106th Street" (or both). Please see the "Parking & Arrival" tab for more details.

Are there hotel rooms available for guests?

Answer

Yes! A "Charles - Davis Wedding Block" is at the Ironworks Hotel in Keystone at the Crossing. Please plan to book at least 4 weeks in advance. Please see the "Places to Stay" tab for more information.

Will there be any vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free or special diets available.

Answer

A vegan option will be available and we are more than happy to accommodate dietary preferences with advance notice. Please let us know as soon as possible.
