Cozy “cocktail attire”, but make it fashion. The Catskills in late October can be quite cold. Weather permitting, our ceremony will be outside on the grass so please dress warmly and wear shoes you can walk on the grass in.
We love the cozy feel of this inn (it's why we chose it as our venue!), but there are only enough rooms to accommodate the bridal party and our parents onsite. Check out the Travel page for recommendations for Airbnb's and hotels nearby.
Unfortunately, the charm of the inn means it is small and parking is only available to guests staying on site. Please refer to the travel page for info on the shuttle you will need to take to/from the venue.
If your invitation says “and Guest,” then yes! If not, we would prefer it be just little old you. Space is limited at our venue and we will not be able to accommodate uninvited plus ones.
As much as we love small humans (especially yours), we want our wedding to be your night off! With the exception of children in our immediate family, this will be an adults-only event.
No. Please note: There will be no parking on-site available at Foxfire Mountain House. As such, a complimentary shuttle service operating before and after the wedding will be provided. Details will be included on the transportation page as they become available.
Uber and Lyft are not reliable in the area around Foxfire Mountain House. We recommend Woodstock Town Car if you need a car service while in the area. Keep in mind the minimum fare is $39 plus tip. You can contact them directly for local rates for short-distance rides. Please note, cell service is very spotty in the Catskills so be sure to make your arrangements ahead of time.
