Both the ceremony and reception will be held in the River Room at the Aster Cafe. The address is 125 SE Main St, Minneapolis, MN 55414.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM. Please plan to arrive 20 minutes beforehand to allow yourself time to park and find the River Room.
Our wedding will take place at The Aster Cafe on September 6, 2025. The ceremony will begin at 4:30PM sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception, which is anticipated to wrap around 11:30PM.
All of our guests are invited to join us for a casual welcome party the night before the wedding on September 5th. The welcome party is at Park Tavern in St. Louis Park. Guests are free to stop by anytime between 6:30-9PM. We will provide light appetizers and drinks will be available for purchase. If you plan on stopping by, please RSVP using the RSVP tab on this website.
The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception will all be inside.
The Aster Cafe is located centrally, right across the river from downtown Minneapolis. If you are within the metro area, the location is very accessible via Lyft or Uber. There is also parking onsite.
Yes, there is a parking garage behind the Aster Cafe at 201 2nd St SE, Minneapolis, MN. Metered street parking is also available. Please see the parking map above.
We ask that our guest dress in cocktail attire.
Due to limited venue space, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate plus ones beyond those listed on the invitation.
To allow all guests to relax and enjoy themselves, we have chosen to make our wedding day an adults-only celebration. We hope you can see this as a night away to party with us!

There will be hors d'oeuvres at cocktails hour, followed by a buffet dinner and dessert. There will also be a late night snack!
Yes! We will accommodate all food allergies and dietary restrictions. Please make note of your food needs when you RSVP on the website.
To quote Alec, "I would rather not have a wedding than not have an open bar." So yes!
We ask that during the ceremony, you keep your phone put away and enjoy the moment with us. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos as you'd like!
