We're getting married!

They met on October 6th, 2017 at Oktoberfest in Pearland. Roberto made the first move and eventually they exchanged social media and began messaging after a few days. They went on their first date October 12th and spent 4 hours talking at TGI Fridays. After that they became inseparable. Ironically enough, Elisa had no intention in getting involved with anyone since she was 3 months away from going away to Spain for 4 months. But despite that, they became boyfriend and girlfriend October 23rd, 2017. They had the best few months ever before Elisa left. They stayed together throughout Elisa's time in Spain and Roberto was the kindest and most thoughtful person even while being on the other side of the world. They both lost countless hours of sleep just to stay up to talk to each other and it was so easy to maintain their connection even with distance in the way. When Elisa came back, they picked up right where they left off and it was like she never went away. They have had so much fun over the years enjoying life and getting to know each other. They got engaged in July of 2019 and Elisa found out that Roberto had bought the engagement ring before they had even been together for a year because he was that sure about her. They feel so blessed to have found each other when they did and are so excited to get married in the presence of God and all their loved ones.
