When and where is the wedding?

Our wedding will take place on November 14, 2026 at the Villa de Cortez located at 260 S. Texas Blvd, #303 in Weslaco, Tx. The ceremony will begin at 5 p.m. followed by appetizers at 6 p.m. and the reception at 7 p.m.

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, there will be parking available at the Villa de Cortez located at 260 S. Texas Blvd, #303 in Weslaco, Tx. Parking will be located at the second level of the parking garage.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive by 4:45 p.m. to ensure you have enough time to get seated before the ceremony begins at 5 p.m.

What's the schedule for the evening?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 5 p.m. Following the ceremony at 6 p.m., please join us for light hors d'oeuvres, featuring self-serve appetizers and nonalcoholic refreshments. A plated dinner will follow at 7 p.m. This will all be happening at the same venue, the Villa de Cortez, located at 260 S. Texas Blvd, #303 in Weslaco, Tx.

What will be served for dinner?
Answer
We’re excited to serve a delicious dinner for our guests! The main dish will be Acapulco Chicken Breast – a boneless chicken breast topped with pico de gallo, avocado, and provolone. It will be served with white rice, green spaghetti, and sautéed vegetables. We’ll also have a vegan option available: pasta made with olive oil, tossed with fresh veggies and sautéed vegetables. This will be a nonalcoholic celebration. We'll have plenty of refreshing beverages for everyone to enjoy.
