If you do not RSVP by the deadline, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love celebrating with you; however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept super late RSVPs. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you) Last day to RSVP is October 4.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes before the ceremony start time to ensure you’re seated and ready for the festivities!

Yes! We have reserved rooms at the Charlotte Marriott City Center, you can book to get the special rate using the link on the travel page.
While we will not be providing transportation to the venue, there will be a limited number of buses available after the reception, heading to Uptown Charlotte. Please plan your arrival accordingly — rideshares like Uber or Lyft may be limited in the area around the event’s end time. One option is to take a rideshare to the venue, then catch one of the return buses at the end of the night.

We’re thrilled to celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends. As we're keeping the celebration intimate, we kindly ask that only those listed on your formal invitation attend, due to limited venue capacity. If you’ve been given a plus one, it will be indicated on your invitation and reflected in your RSVP.
We decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adult’s-only event (the only exception are the little ones in our bridal party & their siblings). We hope you understand and enjoy a night off!
