Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail: Suits or dress pants with a button up for the guys and cocktail dresses or gowns for the gals!

Are carry-ins allowed?

Answer

Unfortunately no carry-ins are allowed! This includes solo cups brought from your lodging area, Stanley's/Yeti's, no drinks from your car, etc.!

Are kids welcome?

Yes kids are welcome and they will be included on your RSVP/invite.

Can I bring a date?

Please text us if you have a plus one you'd like to invite and we will let you know if we can accommodate them!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes there is a lot of parking available at the The Swan Barn Door. We only ask that you carpool with one another and depending on how many people are staying close or far from the venue - we are considering looking into a shuttle service!

Are there any other events that I should know about?

Answer

We'll be pontooning on the Wisconsin River - TENTATIVE TIME/WEATHER DEPENDENT- as long as the forecast is looking good on 9/5! Get a group of 8 people (one should be a captain with their boating license) and rent a pontoon for 11am-3pm enjoy the sun, drinks, and snacks! Just give them a call to make a reservation AROUND May/June 2026 as Labor Day weekend rentals will go fast if you wait too long! They also have other rentals available, so check out their website! Bring a cooler for your snacks and drinks while we enjoy an afternoon out on the water! It's our favorite thing to do while we are in the Dells during the summer!
