Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than August 10th. We need an accurate head count for catering purposes so we know we have enough food for everyone. Thank you!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 3pm on the beach not far from the reception. Please be in your seats no later than 2:55pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Please refrain from wearing white, royal blue, and/gold as your main color. In addition to this, please refrain from wearing jeans and t-shirts. Your Sunday best is preferred!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There is free parking available to guests at the reception. In case of overflow, the venue has a secondary parking lot in front of their barn venue that guests will be allowed to park at.

Are you registered? Where?

Yes we are registered! We are registered with Zola and there is a link to the registry on this website.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If you were given a plus one on your invitation, yes! If not, please refrain from bringing anyone other than who is listed on your invite.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There is a list of hotels available on this website under the Lodging tab. This is just a list of hotels closest to our venue. You are welcome to do your own research as there are many hotels on OBX. We also suggest using AirBnB or VRBO. We've found AirBnBs/VRBO can often be cheaper than a hotel.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. You will need to provide your own transportation to the venue.
