When should I RSVP?

Answer

We ask that you RSVP as soon as you can, so we can organize with our vendors. The deadline is strictly August 1. If we do not receive your RSVP by the deadline, it will automatically be marked as “no.” It is important we give our vendors a final guest count by the time they have requested of us. Thank you for understanding. If you find you are unable to attend after previously responding “yes,” please contact Alex, the bride’s sister, at (217) 720-3888.

What is the location of the event?

Answer

The Wilson family has graciously accepted to host our wedding. We ask that guests please be mindful and respect the property as it is their place of residence. Additionally, with that being said, the Wilson’s are not liable should any damage occur to your vehicle or for injuries occurring on the property.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available on the east side of the property. There are two entrances, the first off Old Jacksonville Road and the second off Peters Road. Please consider carpooling as there is limited space. We request guests avoid leaving their car on the property overnight. Should something come up, please let the bride, groom, or bride’s sister, Alex, know. Safety is the #1 priority.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal (but not required). Please come as you are. This event, in its entirety, will take place outside. Consider your attire and footwear for your comfortability.

Can I bring a plus one? Are kids welcome?

Answer

Only guests formally invited on your invitation will be accommodated. All plus ones and children invited will appear when you RSVP.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive around 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to find parking and seating.
