If you have any other questions other than what we've listed here, feel free to reach out to Roxanne at (814) 325-1812
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Our final catering numbers are due February 10th, so we kindly ask that you RSVP before then! We will be reaching out to those who have not responded the week before to make sure no one forgets :)

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

We have a small registry available through Zola already linked on the site. Due to the size of our apartment and our upcoming move, most items on the registry are cash funds for the wedding and beyond! If you are torn on what to get, our main focus is on the funds for the wedding itself, as we would much rather have a day to celebrate with our loved ones than any material item <3

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at exactly 3:30, so we recommend you arrive 15 to 30 minutes before so you can find parking and grab a seat before everyone starts walking

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is garden party cocktail! For ladies, tea-length, knee-length, or midi dresses are all welcome, as well as pantsuits or rompers. For the men, a suit and tie are standard, but don't worry about the jacket if you think you'll be warm. Garden Party encourages bright colors and fun patterns, though we do ask that guests keep away from blue, as this is the color our wedding party will be in. If you have any questions about what's okay to wear, feel free to reach out to either of us and we'll be happy to help!

Question

Can I bring a date? What about kids?

Answer

Kids are welcome! Though as this is a relatively small wedding, we ask that only those who are listed on the invitation attend. If you think we forgot someone, feel free to reach out :)

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Absolutely! If you think you'll have an issue with any of the food provided for allergy OR dietary reasons, leave a note in your RSVP and we'll find a solution that works for everyone

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! However, it is all street parking. There are plenty of spots, but the earlier you arrive, the closer you'll be to the venue itself

Question

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

As of right now, we only have the wedding planned. This is unlikely to change, but if it does, we will be sure to let everyone know!

Question

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding? What about posting on Social Media?

Answer

During the ceremony, we ask that all guests keep from taking photos or videos as we have hired professionals who will need room to work. However, during cocktail hour and the reception, you are free to take as many photos and videos as you would like. Any photos/videos you take are free to be posted to social media at any time, just be sure to tag us so we can see them, or send them to us after the wedding!

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

No. Each guest will be given two drink tickets, which can be used for alcoholic or non-alcoholic drinks (the venue used to be a cafe, so there are lots of options!). Water and lemonade will be provided for all guests, but any additional drinks will need to be purchased with cash or card.

Question

Can I make a speech?

Answer

No. We will be limiting speeches to only the best woman and man of honor.
