What is the arrival time and schedule?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:30 to have plenty of time to park and get comfortable. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 with the reception following!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No need to stress just COME AS YOU ARE but if you need some ✧inspo✧ we recommend.... Semi-Formal Garden Attire Think earthy and spring tones, lighter hues, and floral prints. Thank you for adding to the atmosphere with your look!

Is the ceremony indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outside in the courtyard with the reception following indoors! There will be alternative ceremony plan if weather becomes an issue for the ceremony.

How do I RSVP?

Answer

There is an RSVP tab at the top of this website! Click the tab, follow the instructions and your all set! We kindly ask you RSVP by August 1st.

Can I bring a guest?

Answer

We’re so excited to celebrate our special day with you! Due to limited space, we’re only able to accommodate guests specifically invited on the invitation. We hope you understand and know how much we value having you with us to make this day memorable.

Are children welcome?

Answer

We’re happy to welcome families and little ones! While children are absolutely invited, please note that a variety of music will be played and alcohol served, and we want you to make the decision that works best for your family!

Is there parking or transportation?

Answer

Parking is based on a first-come, first-served basis. There are approximately 1,032 parking spaces available within Water Tower Square (the property on which The Refinery resides). There are multiple buildings at the Refinery so to ensure end up at the right place please use the address below! Parking for Refinery South is directly across Court Avenue. Signage will be posted at the entrance of the facility directing guests to the Courtyard for the ceremony! Refinery South - 450 Missouri Avenue, Jeffersonville, IN 47130

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

YES! Join us in raising a glass (or two!) as we celebrate together. The alcohol is on us but the hangover is on you! Since our wedding will be held on a THURSDAY we ask you to please plan accordingly.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly request that our ceremony be an unplugged moment, allowing everyone to be fully present with us as we say "I do." We’ll have a photographer capturing the special moments, so you can relax and enjoy every second! For the reception, we’re excited to invite everyone to use an app called POV, where you can snap, share, and save photos from your phone (there will be more information at your tables during the reception)! This way, we can all enjoy each other’s perspectives and capture memories together. We can’t wait to celebrate with you and see all your wonderful photos!
