Attire: Semi-formal / cocktail. We’d love for our guests to dress up and feel good. To us, semi-formal/cocktail means suits or sport coats (if that’s your style) are welcome, and both short or long dresses are perfect. Color palette: Timeless romance meets desert elegance—earthy tones, soft neutrals, and warm sunset hues, with touches of dusty rose, terracotta, rust, golden amber, sage, and soft purples or muted blues inspired by the desert sky. The ceremony and reception will take place outdoors on soft Sedona desert ground—no rocks, just natural dirt and open terrain.
Both our ceremony and reception will be outdoors, surrounded by Sedona’s stunning red rock views, on soft desert ground—no rocks, just natural dirt and open terrain. The average temperature in early September is low 80s°F during the day and can drop to mid 70s°F in the evening.
Our wedding has a limited guest list and is RSVP only. If you were given a plus one, their name will be listed in your invitation. We wish we could celebrate with everyone, but we appreciate your understanding as we keep it intimate.
We adore your little ones, but our celebration will be an adults-only event. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a relaxing evening. Make it a special date night!
We’ve hired a professional photographer to capture our special moment. We kindly ask for an unplugged ceremony—please turn off phones and put cameras away so everyone can be fully present. Feel free to snap photos and videos at the reception! We’ll have QR codes available to upload and share your photos with us—we’d love to see the memories you capture!
Absolutely! A delicious vegetarian option will be available.
There will be free on-site parking available at the venue.
The closest major airport is Phoenix Sky Harbor International (PHX), which is about a 2-hour drive to Sedona. There is also Flagstaff Pulliam Airport (FLG), about 45 minutes from Sedona, with limited flights if you're looking for something closer.
Yes, we definitely recommend renting a car. Sedona is a spread-out town with lots of scenic areas and hikes worth driving to. A car also gives you the freedom to explore nearby spots like Page Springs Cellars, Flagstaff, or the Grand Canyon.
