We’re Getting Married !

Our story started in our twenties when we met in Savannah,GA one night downtown out with friends. We began our platonic friendship in 2011 always enjoying each other’s company not thinking much of our connection at the time. Our journeys in life took us in separate directions and Jibria decided to move back to Atlanta the Summer of 2014. Our friendship became distant overtime yet we never fully lost touch and kept in contact through social media. Fast forward to November 2023 now in our thirties we rekindled our friendship conversing on the phone for hours like no time passed. Elijah asked to take me to a Falcons game, and his charm swept me right off my feet so I happily accepted his invitation. The laughter was endless so we let the good times roll! Although he lived in Savannah at the time, putting 4 hours of distance between us we had no idea our friendship was turning into a beautiful love story. We all know the saying, “The heart wants what it wants,” after exclusively dating for 6 months Elijah decided to relocate to Atlanta. We didn’t know all the answers, our story consists of imperfect trials and tribulations through beautiful memories.
