Rehearsal Dinner

We ask the guests of the rehearsal dinner and wedding rehearsal to dress in button up shirts, jeans, dress shirts, and/or simple dresses for this occasion as well. Nothing fancy, just nice clothes for this evening too!
This is for the wedding party ONLY!

Newman Wedding
5:30 pm - 6:15 pm

This event is formal dress, and it is OUTSIDE, (please check weather prior to event). Guests will be walking in grass, gravel, etc so be careful wearing heels. We ask that NOBODY WEARS WHITE.
We are inviting children to the wedding ceremony. We ask that if you bring children, please make sure that they will be sitting with parents, quite, and respectful for the FULL ceremony!
Family and Friends Photos
6:15 pm - 7:00 pm

We will let you know prior to the wedding day if we will be having professional photos done with you/your family after the wedding (in between the wedding and reception). There will be a "Day of Coordinator" helping things go smoothy, so we ask you to listen to the DOC, especially when it comes to the picture in between. We can't wait to have this experience with you all :) If you are not taking picture with us afterwards, or once you are done with pictures, you are welcome to go to the barn and hangout for cocktail "hour". There will be a cash bar and light snacks during this time. And following pictures, the bridal party will have a "grand entrance" into the reception and we are asking for the guests to help us out to make it extra special! (You will get more information about this, day of.)
Reception
7:15 pm - 9:00 pm

The reception and after party is semi-formal / formal dress. There will be photos taken here, and the video taken also, so we ask everyone to dress nice!
The reception will include- bridal parties entrance (DOC and photo/video team will help guest get ready for), dinner, cocktails, first dances, speeches, etc.
After Party
9:00 pm - 11:00 pm

The reception and after party is semi-formal / formal dress. There will be photos taken here, and the video taken also, so we ask everyone to dress nice!
This is when we PARTY! We get to leave it all on the dance floor, play yard games, and hangout in great company!
