We're getting married!

After a full day in Seaside, OR with the family, everyone headed to Cannon Beach to grab dinner and catch a beautiful sunset. Right after dinner, Elijah mysteriously disappeared to have a chat with Hannah's Dad, David. The rest of the crew starting walking along the beach. Hannah had no idea that they had run off to grab candles, tiki torches and other supplies to setup the proposal spot. Eventually, their paths met and Elijah whisked Hannah away to pop the question. In shock and full of joy Hannah replied, "of course!!" and got a celebration from the entire beach!

Every Friday at Azusa Pacific University (where Elijah & Hannah went) there is an International Chapel. During the beginning of the chapel, the Pastor was asking around to see what students plans where for the weekend. A group of guys in the corner were forcing their Australian roommate to raise his hand so everyone would hear his accent. Their friend piped up about how they were having a game night at their place and jokingly invited everyone to come. I (Hannah) turned to my roommate Cassidy and said "dang his roommate is cute, maybe I should go haha". Later that night while enjoying a few drinks with some close friends in Pasadena I was encouraged to download the app Bumble. After a few swipes I saw the guy from chapel and we matched! Many conversations and texts later we finally met for coffee and the rest is history.
