LAST DAY TO BOOK is July 11, 2025. The hotel is blocked off from August 25, 2025 - August 28, 2025 but if you would like to add more days, just contact the hotel! Also note that you are able to book for less days than the block is listed for. This hotel is about a 7 minute drive to the wedding venue!

Requesting Extension of Hotel Dates
We have booked our hotel block reserved for August 25th-29th, if you would like to extend the dates either before or after, you would need to originally book the dates you would like that fall within the 25th - 29th and then reach out to our sales and marketing agent, Oliver Cajala to request an extension at that same rate. When reaching out to him, email him at: Oliver.Cajala@marriott.com and make sure to include "Fenbert Wedding Hotel Extension Request" in the subject line. In the body of your email include your original booking confirmation number with the request of whatever additional nights you are requesting. Step 1: Book nights that you are planning to stay within August 25th-29th using our booking link. Step 2: Email Oliver.Cajala@marriott.com indicating you are with the "Fenbert Wedding" and that you would like to request additional dates (for example, you want to stay from August 22nd - 28th or the 27th - 31st) INCLUDE your original booking confirmation code. Step 3: Book your additional dates and receive a conformation and you are all set!!

While we are SO excited for everyone to come and celebrate our special day in a place we call home, please remember to be mindful about respecting the beautiful island as you explore! Some things to keep in mind are reef-safe sunscreen, picking up after yourself and remember that Hawai'i has eliminated plastic bags, so the perfect reason to get yourself a cute souvenir tote bag. We are SO excited to spend quality time with everyone here!
