Dress Codes & Other Infos

The Wedding Website of Remi Waucquier and Elif Caliskan
DRESS CODE We chose 1 theme for each of the 2 days. But we’re just providing some guidance and inspiration, it is 100% optional :) For Saturday's ceremony we pictured "Farmer Chic". It’s stylish but also suitable for our countryside setting with natural and earthy colours. As for shoes, choosing something with a thicker heel might be more comfortable for you. For Sunday's Brunch we picked "Denim on Denim". That's where you can bring on your western hats, boots, and similar accessories. See pictures above for what we had in mind. But more importantly, we want you to feel comfortable and yourself.
Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes happy to welcome kids during the day. But we are envisioning the night as an adult-only celebration once dinner starts. However, we understand that arranging childcare might be challenging. So if you don't have any option, we'll have a babysitter available in a separate room, ensuring you can enjoy the evening with peace of mind.

Question

Is transportation provided between the various event locations?

Answer

To ensure your safety, we will provide taxi services at the end of the party only. For transportation throughout the rest of the weekend, we recommend arranging your own vehicle for the most flexibility. Please do not drink and drive, prioritise safety by designating a sober driver in advance.

Question

Who drew the amazing invitation designs?

Answer

Who else than Jean Rime? A talented artist from Lyon with special bond to the family. He knows every building in the area like the back of his hand and has beautifully captured these elements in every stroke.
