WHEN DO I RSVP BY?

Answer

Please RSVP by August 12th! We have a large number of guests invited to this event and in order to unsure everyone is comfortable we have decided to have a seating guide for the reception dinner. In order to create this chart we will need RSVPS one month before the wedding. There will not be extra tables so we ask that you RSVP by this date to save a seat!

CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?

Answer

Our wedding is RSVP only, so we will only be able to make accommodations for those who are listed on your invitation. We have a strict guest list to stay within our venue capacity. If you have been designated a "plus-one" they will appear under your name when you RSVP on this website. For families, your entire party will be listed under your name. Thank you for your understanding!

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

YES! We love all of your little ones! Please just include them when you RSVP on whether they will be attending or not. However, we would like to mention that our reception will be serving alcohol and our music playlist will be changing at 9PM to a more "Adult" music style. We would like to let parents know so those who choose can start saying goodbyes at 8:30.

WHAT IS THE DRESS CODE?

Answer

We would love to see friends and family get dressed up with us! Semi-formal is ideal however, we ask that our guests dress how they are most comfortable. Please no white clothing.

WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?

Answer

We will be serving beer, cider and wine after the ceremony is over. No hard alcohol. We will have a license bartender (Sierra) serving during our reception. She will be checking IDs 21+ only. We also ask that if you choose to drink, please drink responsibly. If you have over the legal limit please find someone to be your designated driver for the night. The bride and groom do not condone drinking and driving.

IS THE WEDDING INSIDE OR OUTSIDE?

Answer

Both! Our ceremony site will take place just outside the barn and the reception will take place inside. We do asks that our guests remain outside the barn until after the ceremony has finished.

WILL I BE ABLE TO SMOKE?

Answer

Not on the property, the venue we have selected is a smoke free property. This means no cigarettes, e-cigarettes, or vape of any kind can be smoked on this property. This includes outside of the barn and the parking area. If you would like to smoke you will need to do it outside of the Clark’s Ranch gate at the bottom of the hill. We also ask that you pick up after yourself, do not leave any trash at their gate. Please be respectful of the property. Thank you for understanding!
