What is the dress code?

Answer

Summer casual formal. Jeans are welcome for the guys, and dresses or skirts are perfect for the ladies. No need for anything overly fancy. We want you to feel happy and comfortable! Our colors are dark hunter green, burgundy, and pink. We please ask that you avoid wearing these solid colors!

When do I need to RSVP by?

Please RSVP by May 16th, 2026. If you do not RSVP by that date, we will assume that you are unable to attend.

What time should I arrive to the wedding ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 PM. Please plan to arrive by 4:45 PM to allow time for parking and finding your seat. As this is a field wedding, we appreciate you giving yourself a few extra minutes to get settled before we say "I do!"

If I am invited to the reception only, when should I arrive?

Answer

If you are celebrating with us at the reception, please arrive at 6:00 PM. Dinner will begin shortly after 6:00 PM. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Am I invited to the wedding, reception, or both?

Answer

We are having a small, intimate ceremony and would love to celebrate the reception with all of our friends and loved ones! Please refer to your physical invitation for details: - If your invitation is white, lists 5:00 PM, and says "reception to follow," you are invited to both the ceremony and reception. - If your invitation is burgundy and says "Join us for the reception at 6:00 PM," we look forward to celebrating with you at the reception beginning at 6:00 PM. Thank you so much for understanding - we are excited to see you all!

Can I bring a guest/date?

Due to limited space and the intimate nature of our wedding, we are only able to accommodate those quests formally listed on your invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Answer

We adore your little ones! The children listed on your invitation are warmly invited to celebrate with us!

Where do I park at the ceremony?

Answer

When you arrive, you will need to pull into the field where you see people waiting on your arrival. You will then be transported to the ceremony spot.

Is the ceremony and reception indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be held outdoors, so please dress comfortably for the weather. The reception will be held indoors.

Are phones allowed during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that our ceremony be completely unplugged. Please silence and put away all phones and devices during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer, and the last things we want is to see phones in our special moments. We also ask that no photos be posted until we've had the chance to share our professional images first. Thank you so much for respecting this special moment with us!

Will food and drinks be served?

Answer

Dinner will be provided by our favorite Mexican food truck. Desserts will provided as well, made by our close family. We will be serving simple refreshments including soda and water. We will have a small supply of alcoholic beverages, so we kindly encourage that you bring your own as well!
