Stacy and Eli met at Barn Brewery on August 23, 2018, a cozy neighborhood spot in San Diego. They felt an instant connection and shared lots of stories and laughter. After that day, the rest is history! There were countless more dates with so many wonderful adventures, and mostly just spending quality time together. They fell in love and have been happy together ever since. They now spend their time in sunny San Diego and you can often find them at the beach, in the mountains, snowboarding, running, cooking (and eating!) and enjoying their time together and with family and friends as much as possible.

On April 11, 2021 on the last day of a fabulous weekend trip together near San Diego, Eli proposed to Stacy at the top of Oakzanita Peak. Eli brought the ring on the trip, waiting for the perfect moment, and Stacy had no idea that Eli was planning to propose that weekend. They hiked up to the peak and once they got to the top, Eli popped the question! And of course, Stacy said YES! Thankfully she didn't fall off the mountain in excitement - although she almost did! It was the perfect spot all to themselves with beautiful views and the best surprise that Eli orchestrated. As if it couldn't get any better from there, Eli had another surprise for Stacy. The ring that Eli gave to her is not only stunning, but extra special. The diamond belonged to Eli's great grandmother and it has been passed down and worn in the family by Eli's grandmother Cecilia, his mother Mignon, and now Stacy. This means so much to Stacy and was so thoughtful of Eli. We love each other so much and can’t wait to share our love and celebrate with all of you! Love, Stacy & Eli
