Bus Pick-Up Location: The Refuge parking lot (overnight parking available) 404 E Parkcenter Blvd Boise, ID 83706 Pick-Up Time: 2:30 PM departure from The Refuge to the venue - arrival at venue around 3:15/3:30 pm - ceremony to start at 4 pm. Return Transportation To Boise: Buses will depart from the venue with two drop-off options: Departure Time #1: 8:30 pm Departure time #2: 10:00 pm Each bus on the way back into town will make two stops: Stop 1: Downtown Boise: Silly Birch Stop 2: The Refuge Parking Lot: (same location as pick-up)
Dress to impress! We kindly ask our guests to join us in semi-formal cocktail attire as we celebrate. For the Gentlemen we suggest: suits, jackets, collared shirts, dress pants, and closed-toe shoes. For the Ladies: Mid-length dresses or other elevated evening wear are welcome. We kindly request no jeans, t-shirts, shorts, or flip-flops.
We love your little ones. However, we would love you to use this as a night out, leave the kiddos at home and come celebrate with us. This will be an adults only event, with the exception of, if you have a newborn or baby under the age of 1 please reach out to us for accommodations.
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. Cocktail hour will be covered with outdoor heaters if needed. Reception will be indoors with heat and AC available.
Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding!
Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to grab a drink and find your seat. The ceremony start time will be addressed on our formal invitation. Once the ceremony begins, entrance will not be granted until ceremony is complete. We want to avoid drinking and driving at all costs. There will be transportation available by a local shuttle service to and from the venue with pick up and drop off in Boise . Details regarding pick up/drop off times will come with the formal invitation and are under the RSVP tab.
