FAQs

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to budget and space limitations, we simply can’t afford for all of our lovely guests to bring a guest of their own. We please ask that you do not bring a plus one unless they are specifically named in your invitation. Thanks so much for understanding!

Question

Is this an adult only wedding?

Answer

Yes, we hope parents will enjoy a well-earned night off!

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code is “Cocktail Attire.” The ceremony and reception will be held on the front lawn and Colorado fall nights can get chilly, so plan accordingly. Please no jeans or sneakers.

Question

When should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 3:30 pm. Please arrive at least 15-20 minutes prior to allow time for parking.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

Our ceremony will be unplugged! Please refrain from using your phones during the ceremony. After the ceremony please feel free to use your phones! We have created a shared album you can join by scanning the QR code. QR codes will be posted around the reception.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be limited for the ceremony and reception. If you are driving, we ask that you only park on the designated side of the road to avoid any issues. We recommend either carpooling or using Dial a Ride to get to and from the wedding. There is also free day parking at the Town Hall Gondola Station in Mountain Village.

Question

Should I rent a car?

Answer

Renting a car is not necessary if you are staying in Mountain Village or Telluride. There is a free gondola that connects Mountain Village to Telluride. Both towns are very walkable, and there is also a free bus that will take you where you need to go! The Peaks and Mountain Lodge also offers a free shuttle service for their guests.

Question

How do I get around Mountain Village?

Answer

Dial-A-Ride is a free shuttle service for Mountain Village. You can download the app “Village DAR” on the App Store. Just be sure to tip your driver! Please use the code “AN2192” Also, if you are staying at the Peaks or The Mountain Lodge they do offer free shuttles in Mountain Village for their guests.
