Gabriel and Elizabeth's story started at work- though not exactly in the way you might expect. Gabriel was working as a technician and came over to "fix" Eli's cash register. From the start, he already knew it probably wasn't something he could fix, but that did not stop him from taking his time to converse away. Somehow the register stayed broken, but the conversation didn't. What started as a questionable repair job quickly turned into something more interesting. Not long after, they realized they were also crossing paths at Ohlone College, where Eli's class started just as Gabriel's ended. So of course, they made sure to keep running into each other. Soon, they were finding any excuse to hang out, from boba runs to wingstop trips. The register may have never been fixed, but somehow everything else just fell perfectly into place. What started as something unexpected grew into a relationship built on friendship, laughter and love.
