When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Your formal invitation will arrive by mail in late summer 2026. Please RSVP no later than Septemebr 1st.

Will there be a shuttle to/from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Once you book your stay, let us know where that is and we'll do our best to add it in to the shuttle route.

Do I need a car to get around?

Answer

If you are staying in the town of Hudson, you'll be able to get to all the fun attractions by foot and take the shuttle to the wedding venue. If you want to explore the greater Hudson area or are staying in the Hilton in Coxsackie, you will need a car to do activities beyond scheduled wedding plans.

Is there parking available?

Yes! The Caboose has a parking lot directly connected to the venue.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We ask that you rock your best cocktail attire. Please be aware that the festivities will occur in a combination of indoor and gravelly outdoor spaces.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your little ones and wish we had room for everyone, our celebration is limited to adults.
