Where is the wedding?
Answer
Both the ceremony and reception will be held at the Magnolia House on Lake Weiss! The address is 1120 County Rd 165, Cedar Bluff, AL 35959.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Attire: Semi-Formal, Summer-Friendly Our ceremony will be outdoors in August, so we want you to feel comfortable and cool! We suggest semi-formal attire. For women: Summer dresses in fun colors and patterns are encouraged. For men: Go for something lightweight and breathable to stay comfortable. Ties are optional, and no need for a jacket if you opt out of wearing one. We just ask that you skip T-shirts or anything too casual. Kindly no jeans.

Can I bring a date?

We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone we love, but we’re keeping the guest list intimate. If your invitation doesn’t mention a plus one, we kindly ask that you come solo—and get ready to party with us! If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to us.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors with minimal shade, so we recommend dressing accordingly! The cocktail hour and reception will be under a covered awning with plenty of seating and fans to help keep things cool and comfortable.

We kindly ask for you to RSVP by July 12.

Is there parking available?
Answer
Yes! There’s a spacious parking lot on-site. If you need mobility assistance, a golf cart will be available to take you from the parking area to the ceremony site.

Are there directions to the venue from the GA/AL line?
Answer
There sure are! Here are the directions by milage and landmarks to look out for. From Alabama line go 4.9 miles, pass the Dollar General, turn right onto N 35 signs to Fort Payne/Gaylesville. Not quite 3 miles at the four-way stop, turn left. After crossing over, turn right at the Marathon gas station, about 2.5 miles CR-75. 25 miles then turn left after crossing a creek. CR-165 Magnolia Overlook is 1.1 miles up on the right. Parking lot is on left by Weiss Lake.
