Question

Do you have a recommended Hotel?

Answer

Yes! We have a reserved block at Embassy Suites in Hillsboro. See our "Travel" page for the link to secure your room at a reduced rate! These rooms may go fast, so if you are interested be sure to book your room ASAP. We also plan to have the "after party" in the bar of this hotel, so you can also keep that in mind. There are plenty of other hotels in the surrounding area as well.

Transportation: Will there be transportation to Eagles Nest Winery?

Answer

Any guest that would like transportation from their accommodation will receive an Uber voucher. In lieu of traditional transportation in the form of a shuttle, all guests needing transportation to and from the wedding venue can use the voucher for safe, stress free transportation. Our wedding planner will even book the ride for you if you like!

Parking: Will there be parking at the winery/venue?

Answer

Yes. The parking lot at Eagles Nest Reserve can accommodate up to 40 cars. We do encourage car pooling when possible. We will provide Uber vouchers for guests as well (see transportation FAQ).

Will there be accomodations for dietary restrictions?

Answer

For ANY dietary restriction - please be sure to write us a note when you RSVP. There will be gluten free options (as Danielle is gluten sensitive), as well as options for vegetarians. Pork and peanuts will be excluded from the menu. Again, please be sure to communicate with us what dietary needs you require!

Time: What time is the ceremony?

Answer

Four o'clock PM! Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early.

Where will Danielle and Eli be after the wedding?

Answer

We plan to stay in town to visit with our guests through Monday 9/22 :)

Question

What about children? Are they invited?

Answer

Yes! Many of our dear friends and family have little ones, so all ages are welcome. :)
