We kindly ask our guests to embrace an autumn formal dress code.
Autumn formal offers elevated, polished outfits with earth-tone colors to suit the fall weather. For ladies, think tea to floor-length gowns with fall tones (terracotta/shades of orange, brown, green, and deep yellows, etc.) For men, think of suits with slacks, crisp dress shirts/sweaters, and a blazer or a sports coat to keep you warm. Ladies, do be cautious of the shoes you choose, as the ceremony and reception sites are rocky and unpaved. We kindly ask that our guests avoid denim and white.
Although we would love to have your plus one attend, due to our venue's capacity, we're only able to accommodate those listed on the invitation.
While we adore the kids in our families, we've decided to make our wedding an adults-only celebration due to space limitations and the atmosphere we're hoping to create.
Our final shuttle departs at 2:45pm sharp. We kindly ask that you arrive at the venue before this time to ensure you're comfortably seated for the ceremony.
Parking is available for all guests at our venue. To minimize traffic on the mountain, we've arranged parking at the base of the property. Upon arrival, simply follow the parking signs to our designated lot. From there, our shuttle service will transport you to both the ceremony and reception sites and back down at the end of the night.
We've curated a selection of hotel and Airbnb recommendations in our Travel tab, with options to suit every preference. Feel free to explore what we've suggested for you.
Yes, absolutely! We'll have an open bar throughout cocktail hour and the reception, as well as refreshments during the evening prelude. You'll enjoy a curated selection of our favorite cocktails alongside a selection of beer and premade drinks available for self-service. Come ready to celebrate with us!
While your presence means the most to us on our wedding day, we've created a registry page on our website for those who wish to contribute to our newlywed fund.
We kindly ask that our guests be fully present during the ceremony and refrain from taking photos. Our professional photographers will beautifully capture every precious moment, allowing you to immerse yourself in the celebration and create lasting memories.
To capture the stunning backdrop of our venue, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. Our reception will be held inside of a rustic barn. Be sure to bring a layers as it may get chilly as the sun goes down.
Although we would love to have everyone attend our big day, our RSVP window closed on March 1st, 2026. If you have not RSVP'd we will, unfortunately have to assume you can not make it.
With this in mind, we have hired a shuttle to ensure all of our guests can get around comfortably. Our shuttle will transport everyone from the parking lot to the ceremony site and to the reception site so that walking on the unpaved roads will be limited.
