Their story began in 2019 with a match on a dating app, two hearts searching for something true, something lasting. And in each other, they found exactly that. Eli had just arrived in the United States from Peru, embracing a new culture and language. Though English was still unfamiliar, love spoke fluently between them. Despite the language barrier and cultural differences, their connection only deepened. What could have been obstacles became beautiful bridges, bringing them even closer together. They soon became high school sweethearts, growing side by side through every season of life. And now, six almost seven years later, their journey has led them to a beautiful new chapter, engaged and full of joy, ready to share this love story with the people who’ve supported them along the way.
