Hotel Pensativo House is our Wedding Day Venue. It is also a block away from San Jose del Viejo, our Welcome Cocktail Venue and our Sunday Brunch Venue, Porta Hotel. Hotel Pensativo House is an intimate luxury-boutique hotel, free shuttle transportation is available between Hotel Pensativo House and Porta Hotel.

Porta Hotel is where our Sunday Brunch will be hosted. It is also located down the street (less than a minute walk) from our Welcome Cocktail Venue, San Jose del Viejo and a block away from of Wedding Venue, Hotel Pensativo House. Additionally, this hotel offers amenities like spa, salon, pool and gym.
Flight
We recommend booking your travel trough JetBlue, we personally have had great travel experiences to Guatemala with JetBlue. Flight times are limited, but non-stop flight are typically as follows: Departure (JFK) 10:41am - Arrival (GUA) 1:32pm Departure (GUA) 3:00pm - Arrival (JFK) 9:52pm As of July 2025, average round-trip fare is $380
Travel Note
Our wedding destination is approximately an hour drive from the airport La Aurora. Taxi/Uber services are available at the airport, or shuttle services can be booked through your hotel reservation.
