A Day At Yellowstone

While on vacation in Montana, Devon and Elia had arranged to go on a trip to Yellowstone National Park. As this trip was more of a family outing, the only expectations for the day were to visit various locations at the park, see geysers and hopefully get footage of wild animals. Unbeknownst to Elia, a much more exciting surprise than bears and buffalo awaited her. When visiting the famous Old Faithful geyser they noticed a trail leading to a lookout point over the entire park. Deciding to make the trek up the mountainside, they both climbed to the peak overlooking the large geyser, and crowds of tourists below. While eagerly awaiting the eruption, Devon prepared himself and waited for the right moment. Elia looked out enjoying the view, and the beautiful landscape below. Time passed, and finally Old Faithful began releasing a large amount of steam. Seeing this, Devon knew the time was near. Grabbing the hidden box from his pocket and turning to Elia they exchanged looks and smiles before, unexpectedly, Devon got down on one knee and asked the question. Elia, totally unprepared, didn't immediately have anything to say, but upon realizing what had happened, said yes! In this moment Old Faithful erupted, leaving them with a long lasting memory, and a new future to look forward to!

Un Día En Yellowstone

Durante sus vacaciones en Montana, Devon y Elia habían planeado una excursión al Parque Nacional de Yellowstone. Como este viaje era más que una salida familiar, las únicas expectativas para el día eran visitar varios lugares del parque, ver géiseres y con suerte, obtener imágenes de animales salvajes. Sin que Elia lo supiera, la esperaba una sorpresa mucho más emocionante que osos y búfalos. Mientras visitaban el famoso géiser Old Faithful, notaron un sendero que conducía a un mirador sobre todo el parque. Decidiendo hacer la caminata por la ladera de la montaña, ambos subieron hasta la cima con vista al gran géiser y las multitudes de turistas abajo. Mientras esperaban ansiosamente la erupción, Devon se preparó y esperó el momento adecuado. Elia miraba disfrutando de la vista y el hermoso paisaje de abajo. Pasó el tiempo y finalmente Old Faithful comenzó a liberar una gran cantidad de vapor. Al ver esto, Devon supo que el momento estaba cerca. Tomando la caja escondida de su bolsillo y volteándose hacia Elia, intercambiaron miradas y sonrisas antes de que, inesperadamente, Devon se arrodillara y le hiciera la pregunta. Elia, totalmente desprevenida, no tuvo nada que decir de inmediato, pero al darse cuenta de lo que había sucedido, ¡dijo que sí! En ese momento, Old Faithful hizo erupción, dejándoles un recuerdo duradero y un nuevo futuro que esperar.
