Wedding Weekend Golf Event

12:30 pm - 1:30 pm

A collared shirt is required

Who’s ready to Par-Tee? We are hosting a golf outing on Thursday afternoon to kick off our wedding weekend! This event will take place at Haymaker Golf Course. Tee times will begin at 12:30pm-1:30pm (these can be adjusted if we have requests for later start times due to travel). There will be drinks/apps in the clubhouse after for anyone who wants to join! Due to the nature of golf and tee times, we will need a firm headcount for this event - no ifs, ands or putts! This will be a fun, casual golf event and a great way to see the outstanding views of the Yampa Valley!

Welcome Event

6:30 pm - 9:00 pm

Attire: Casual Western

We invite you to join us at one of our favorite events in Steamboat, the rodeo! This is a fun, casual event including music, bbq, and the rodeo. This is an optional event, with a $20 admission fee. Anyone is welcome to join! Rodeo tickets go on sale in May. We hope to welcome you to Steamboat at the rodeo! https://www.steamboatprorodeo.com

Wedding

5:00 pm - 11:30 pm

Event Attire: Western Formal

Due to venue capacity, only invited guests are able to attend. Additionally, we are unable to include children on our wedding day. If you need a sitter in town, or have any questions or concerns, don’t hesitate to reach out. Shuttle service will be provided to/from the ranch. Following the wedding ceremony will be dinner and dancing! Shuttles will be picking up from the downtown Wells Fargo parking lot starting at 3:45pm. There is free public transportation to this location or plenty of parking if you choose to drive. No attendees are allowed to drive directly to the venue due to Routt County law. Shuttles will be picking up from the venue starting at 9:45pm and continuing through the end of the evening. They will be dropping off at multiple locations- downtown and on the mountain.
