It was one of those nights where nothing was planned, yet everything fell perfectly into place. Neither of us were supposed to be there. I remember walking in, not expecting anything more than a drink and some time with friends. And then, there was Thomas. He had that kind of quiet presence that made you curious—like he was thinking something clever but holding it back. Except he didn’t hold back for long. He made fun of me for something—I can’t even remember what now—but what I do remember is giving it right back to him. Till this day we still do! Looking back, it feels like the universe gave us a nudge that night. Two people not meant to be at the same place, somehow finding exactly who they didn’t know they were looking for. And now, here we are—10 years later. Still laughing, supporting each other and looking forward to our next chapter in life. Oh and don’t forget.. still making fun of each other!
